an all levels workshop
Join Lisa Black to learn the essential, foundational skills to safely practice inversions.
Before going upside down, Lisa will review appropriate warm-ups and ways for you to prepare to practice inversions. Then, you will explore simple ways to utilize the wall for support and build up to learning free-standing inversions on your mat. Lisa will also share variations to take your inversions to the next level.
We’ll explore the following postures together:
Tripod
Handstand
Forearm balance
Headstand
Shoulder stand
No inversion experience is required. This workshop is open to all levels. Lisa will meet you wherever you are in your practice with a fun and safe approach.
