What’s included?
4 night stay at Doe Bay Resort
Arrive on Wednesday, 5/15 and join fellow SOL yogis for light bites in the early evening. Retreat programming begins on 5/16.
Morning vinyasa practice (60 minutes)
Early evening slow flow practice (60 minutes)

Investment & Reservations:
RETREAT DEPOSIT: $700 per person. Final balance is due by April 15, 2024.
DOUBLE OCCUPANCY LODGING: $2,200 per person
SINGLE OCCUPANCY LODGING: $3,200

A $700 deposit is required to secure your spot, or you may pay in full for single or double occupancy lodging. Once your deposit or full payment is received, we will reach out to confirm your preferred lodging on a first-come first-served basis. Availability is noted below. Space is limited, so secure your spot soon!
Little House

This 1-bedroom cabin comes with a Queen bed and a fold-down double futon in the sitting area/living room, microwave kitchenette, and half-bath (bathhouse with showers are just a minute walk away).
Little House is one of the most central locations on the entire resort and one of the best up-close water views around.
Peapod

Located with an up-in-front view of the water, this full kitchen, bathroom w/shower cabin is nestled between Blakely and the Yoga Studio. This is a two-bedroom cabin with a Queen bed in one bedroom, and a Double bed plus a Twin bed together in the second bedroom. A fold-down double futon couch in the living room area rounds out the water view seating area with an open kitchen. Use the porch to relax with coffee in the morning or just hang out in your own refuge.
Salish Seaside Duplex Cabin

Salish Seaside is situated on the south side of our Salish Duplex, offering a large deck and water views. This unit offers a Queen bed in a private back bedroom, with a fold-out Double futon in the main living area, a bathroom with shower and kitchenette with induction cook top, toaster oven, and microwave . Please note this is a private accommodation but shares a wall with Salish Hillside as a part of the Salish Duplex.
Salish Hillside Duplex Cabin
Salish Hillside is situated on the north side of our Salish Duplex. This unit offers a Queen bed in a private back bedroom, fold-out Double futon in the main living area, bathroom with shower, and kitchenette with induction cook top, toaster over, and microwave. Unique to this accommodation is the additional restroom with toilet and sink, giving you 1.5 baths. Please note this is a private accommodation but does share a wall with Salish Seaside as a part of the Salish Duplex.
Doe Baby Cabin

This cabin includes a fold-down double futon in the living room area and a queen bed in the back bedroom. A full kitchen and full bath with bathtub and shower, a great deck for enjoying the views and drive-up parking make our this your home away from home.
Doe Re Mi Cabin

Hara Cabin

This cabin comes with a queen bed in the bedroom and a pull-out couch in the living room, accommodating up to 4 people. A microwave kitchenette, full bath w/shower (ADA accessible), and a large outside deck with a great water view, makes this a perfect spot for comfort and relaxation while enjoying the beauty that Doe Bay has to offer.
Patos Cabin
This cabin includes a fold-down double futon in the living room area and a queen bed in the back bedroom. A full kitchen and full bath with shower, a great deck for enjoying the views and drive-up parking make our this your home away from home.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
Is transportation included?
Transportation (ferry cost and coordination) is not provided. Check the sailing schedule between Anacortes and Orcas Island here. We highly recommend finalizing travel plans as soon as you secure your retreat spot. Make a ferry reservation for your vehicle on the WSDOT website.
When should I arrive?
Your retreat reservation includes 4-nights at the Doe Bay Resort— check-in on Wednesday 5/15 and check out on Sunday, 5/19. Join fellow SOL yogis for light bites in the early evening when you arrive on the 15th. Dinner is not included on 5/15. Retreat programming begins on 5/16.
Are beverages and alcohol included?
Beverages are not included in retreat pricing. You are welcome to bring alcoholic or non- alcoholic beverages for yourself or to share. Beverages and other groceries are available for purchase at the Doe Bay Store open 9am - 5pm.
What if I have dietary restrictions?
Once you finalize your reservation, please let us know of any allergies or dietary restrictions.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, furry friends are not allowed in the cabins reserved for this retreat.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
The $700 deposit is non-refundable/ non-transferrable after March 31, 2024. There are no refunds or pro-rated pricing for arrivals or departures outside of the retreat dates (5/15- 5/19) despite unforeseen circumstances such as missed transportation, illness, injury, etc.
The cancellation policy applies to all participants even if retreat leaders can find a replacement to fill the space. If there is a cancellation in double occupancy lodging, the rate for the remaining participant in the space reserved will be adjusted according to the new occupancy.
Retreat participants are responsible for any damages incurred on the Doe Bay Resort Property. SOL Yoga Seattle and the Doe Bay Resort are not responsible for the safekeeping of your personal belongings.
Retreat participants voluntarily participate in classes led by SOL Yoga Seattle Instructors with full knowledge that there is risk of personal injury, property loss or death. You agree that neither you, your heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against the Doe Bay Resort or SOL Yoga Seattle or its members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
By reserving a retreat spot you automatically agree to the above terms & conditions.
