What to Expect
Heated studios
Our studio rooms are heated to 90°F. We provide changing areas and restroom facilities for your comfort and convenience
Parking
An abundance of free 2hr parking is available north and south of the center and along Lake Washington Blvd
Hydration
Please bring your reusable water bottle. We have filling stations in both of our studio rooms
Arrive on time
Our classes do fill up so it’s important to arrive early to find a spot in the room. We do lock our studio doors at class start time
Pre-registration required
We kindly request that you pre-register to secure your spot. Downloading our app is a great way to easily pre-register for classes
Yoga mat and towels
We have yoga mats for rent, and we suggest you bring your own. We don't provide mat towels, so bring yours if you need one
