Foundations of Inversions: healthy alignment for success upside down!

Are you ready to feel energized and exhilarated? Join Lisa Black to learn the essential, foundational skills to safely practice inversions including handstand, forearm balance, headstand, and shoulder stand.

You will learn the benefits, difference between warming and cooling postures, warm-ups, and techniques to practice inversions. We will use the wall for support and learn a few partner assists, and build towards free-standing inversions. Lisa will also share intermediate variations to explore how to move your inversions to your next expression!
